Stampr — Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Stampr ("the App"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

Top 7 Systems ("we", "our", "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stampr on any Apple device that you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Stampr in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for the content you create with the App, including photos, voice recordings, and any associated metadata. You may not use Stampr to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights
• Create, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

3. GPS Data Disclaimer

GPS coordinates, altitude, bearing, and street address data provided by Stampr are approximate and should not be relied upon for precision surveying, legal boundary determinations, navigation, or any safety-critical purpose.

Accuracy depends on your device hardware, environmental conditions (buildings, tree cover, weather), and the availability of GPS satellites. Stampr displays the accuracy value reported by your device, but this is an estimate and actual accuracy may vary.

Stampr uses Apple's reverse geocoding service for street addresses. Addresses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable, particularly in rural or newly developed areas.

4. Voice Transcription Disclaimer

Voice transcription is performed on-device using Apple's Speech Recognition framework. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, background noise, accents, and language. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any transcribed text. You should review transcriptions before relying on them for official documentation.

5. No Professional Advice

Stampr is a photo documentation tool. It does not provide surveying, legal, engineering, or professional advice of any kind. The GPS data and photos produced by Stampr should not be used as a substitute for professional surveys, inspections, or assessments.

6. In-App Purchases

Stampr offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Stampr Pro") that unlocks unlimited photos and removes the free-tier watermark. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. We do not offer refunds directly — refund requests should be directed to Apple.

The free tier includes 15 photos per month. This limit resets automatically at the beginning of each calendar month.

7. Data and Storage

All photos, voice recordings, and metadata are stored locally on your device. We do not host, backup, or have access to your data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or any other cause.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stampr is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• GPS data will be accurate or complete
• Voice transcriptions will be accurate
• Street addresses will be correct
• The App will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Top 7 Systems, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Inaccurate GPS data, addresses, or transcriptions
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct related to the App
• Any other matter relating to the App

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Top 7 Systems from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

Stampr and all associated branding, design, and code are owned by Top 7 Systems. You retain ownership of all photos and content you create using the App.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time without notice if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Top 7 Systems operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
