Stampr — Privacy Policy

Introduction

Top 7 Systems ("we", "our", "us") built Stampr as a commercial application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use Stampr.

Information We Do Not Collect

Stampr is designed with privacy as a priority. We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Your name, email address, or contact details
• Your GPS location or coordinates
• Your photos or voice recordings
• Your device identifiers or IP address
• Usage analytics or tracking data

Data That Stays on Your Device

All data created within Stampr remains on your device. This includes:

• Photos — Both original and stamped photos are stored locally using SwiftData.
• GPS data — Coordinates, altitude, and bearing are used only to stamp your photos and are stored on-device.
• Voice recordings — Audio data is stored locally with the associated photo. Speech recognition is performed entirely on-device using Apple's Speech framework.
• Street addresses — Reverse geocoding uses Apple's location services. The resulting address is stored on your device. We do not receive or store this data.
• Settings and preferences — Stored locally on your device.

iCloud Backup

If you have iCloud Backup enabled on your device, Stampr's data may be included in your device backups. This is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Third-Party Services

Stampr uses the following Apple services:

• Apple Location Services — For GPS coordinates and reverse geocoding. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Speech Framework — For on-device voice transcription. Audio is processed locally and is not sent to Apple's servers.
• App Store / StoreKit — For in-app purchases. Purchase transactions are handled by Apple.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

In-App Purchases

Stampr Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed through the Apple App Store. We do not collect or have access to your payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple.

Children's Privacy

Stampr is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Data Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

• Deleting individual photos from within the app
• Uninstalling Stampr from your device, which removes all app data

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
